+ Flightradar | Can I track my flights?

Flightradar displays actual worldwide flight positioning with additional detailed information such as actual and planned times of departure and arrival, routings, etc.

+ Milestone plan | Why is the departure milestone (DEP) sometimes displayed late?

It might happen that the flight already departed but this is not yet reflected in the milestone plan and the status history of the AWB. The reason is a quality assurance to verify that the shipment really departed on board of the aircraft. We aim to finalize the flight as soon as possible to be able to show the correct shipment departure status. Until that point you can check the flight departure status by clicking on the corresponding flight number in the milestone plan or the status history.
