Long term health conditions can include:
- diabetes
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- arthritis
- autoimmune disorders such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and lupus
- high blood pressure (hypertension)
- autism
- epilepsy
- blood disorders
- hepatitis B
- Parkinson's disease
- cystic fibrosis
