Special 2025 sailing

As a company we have concentrated on bringing you the best of the best from all over the world. Periodically we have sprinkled in something special closer to home ie; A Mississippi River Cruise, Branson Christmas Shows and Cedar City’s Shakespeare Festival. In late summer of 2025, we have added something special that you will not have to fly half way around the world to experience. We have booked a boutique cruise ship that will sail on all 5 of the Great Lakes.

Great Lakes Cruise – Fun For Less Tours (7)

Let your imagination set sail and be inspired by enchanting destinations on a small deluxe boutique ship where your coastal cruise through the great lakes will become an adventure of a lifetime. This unique costal cruise that sails on all five of the Great Lakes, offers a refreshing alternative to your usual river and ocean cruises. The Victory ship is an elegant small ship, designed specifically to cruise along the magnificent coastlines and hidden harbors found in the Great Lakes. All of the shore excursions and tours on the Great Lakes are customized especially with you in mind. Our INCLUDED shore excursions take you into the community, explore the history and deliver the best there is to experience at every stop.

The cruise portion of this special cruise and tour takes you from Toronto on lake Ontario through the many ship locks and connecting rivers into all 5 of the Great Lakes until you reach Chicago. We have added a Land Package that starts in Quebec Canada for 2 nights, we will then travel along the St. Lawrence River to Montreal for two nights. Our land tour continues on to Fort Henry in Kingston on Lake Ontario for a night, before arriving into Toronto where we will board our deluxe ship. Between our small boutique ship sailing on the Great Lakes combined with our land tour that travels along the St. Lawrence river, you will once again experience the Best of the Best this part of the world has to offer.

Quebec will feel like you have arrived into a beautiful French city. This enchanting city is filled with French speaking citizens and winding cobblestone streets that often lead to gorgeous views of the city and the St. Lawrence River.

Sail on all 5 Lakes

You really can sail through all 5 lakes even though they are at different heights. All of the lakes are connected by rivers, in some of them, you can sail up or down the river into the next Great Lake. In others, the river may be unnavigable. The Niagara River drains Lake Erie into Lake Ontario, but other than traveling by barrel over the falls, no ship can navigate the Niagara River. The picture and lock above are part of a 27-mile canal with a total of 8 locks that will move our ship up or down as needed to be able to sail between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.

Every day will be another highlight day, including shore excursions, tours, and lectures from our educator, Michael Wilcox. But, one of your best days will be when you visit Mackinac Island. The entirety of this charming island is a National Historic Landmark, and motor vehicles are not allowed. The only way you can get around is by walking, by a bicycle, horseback back, by horse-drawn buggies or horse-drawn taxis. The Iconic Grand Hotel, in addition to hosting presidents, it is known for having “The World’s Largest Porch”.

Why 2025 is the BEST time to do our Great Lakes Cruise. We have been looking at doing a Great Lakes Cruise for several years but could not find the right ship with the right itinerary combined with the right pricing. We know the new Director of Sales for Victory. He made us a deal that we couldn’t pass up. He got the owners to offer our passengers a $1,000 discount per person for 2025. It is an introductory offer to get us to book with them. We do not know if we will ever get this discount again. 2025 is the best year to experience a Great Lakes Cruise.
