An all-female fronted music, comedy and food festival at the Regent Theater in downtown Los Angeles on August 7, 2015 cultivated by Giosia. The show was headlined by legendary punk rock riot grrrl band Babes in Toyland. It also featured sets from Mexican garage punk band Le Butcherettes, L.A.'s slu*tever, and Giosia's own band, the Menstruators. The event also featured a stand-up comedy set by Sara Schaefer and food catered from a menu created by Giosia.

Bite This with Nadia G officially premiered on July 14, 2014 on Cooking Channel and took Giosia out of the kitchen and onto the road where she interviewed chefs across the United States.
